Free Shipping to Western Canada, Including BC, AB, and SK.  Conditions apply

We do our best to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.  As we all know it's no fun to see that shipping charge at checkout, so we've added FREE shipping to Western Canada, and charge an average fee of $100-$150 for the rest of Canada.  Canada is very big, so there are sometimes extra costs to get large items all the way to your door.

If your order should incur extra shipping costs we will contact you promptly with options to move forward.  You will be able to choose from the following options:

1. Pick up your item from the nearest shipping terminal to save all or most of the extra cost.
2. Pay the extra cost to have item delivered to your location.
3. Cancel the order for a full refund.

Shipping Options

All customers are provided a tracking number with every order.

Smaller items not requiring freight shipping usually ship through UPS, and sometimes Canada post.  After your item is hand made, you can expect a standard shipping experience.

For large items requiring freight shipping, we'll contact you to confirm shipping details.  You may be able to add conveniences such as in home delivery or make a delivery appointment, depending on your service provider.  Pick up the item from the nearest shipping terminal for large discounts.  

When to Expect Your Freight Delivery

Allow 3-4 weeks time for us to build your order.  Freight shipments require a custom crate to be built for transport, so please allow 2 business days for this process.  You can usually expect to receive your order within 4-5 weeks (or less) from the time of purchase.

You may need to be available between 9am and 5pm to receive your crate.  Alternatively, you may be able to schedule a delivery appointment, depending on the service provider.

Local Orders and Pickup

After you place your order, we'll contact you to confirm whether you would like to pick up your item(s) yourself, or have a delivery to your home.  We may be able to provide our own staff to install your furniture in the room of your choice, and help familiarize you with the item(s).

Stairs

Yup, if you choose in home delivery and have stairs for the furniture to traverse, then there may be an additional fee depending on the service provider.
