We have complete confidence in the quality of our work. If you're not as confident as us within 100 days of delivery, send the item back to us for a full refund. If the structure or functionality should fail within 10 years, we will arrange a repair or replacement free of charge. Wear and tear, abused or neglected items are not covered under warranty. Necessary maintenance is required for outdoor items. 35-55% humidity is recommended for indoor items. Checking (splitting) of the wood is natural and not covered under warranty. Checking which causes a loss of functionality or structure is covered under warranty. Unfinished items which are not finished and sealed within 14 days of delivery may become warped or damaged and are not covered under warranty.
Easily make a claim through your online account, or contact sales@canadianlogfurniture.ca to start a warranty claim. Please provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue, along with photos of the product in question. If necessary, further virtual inspection of the product may be needed before we decide a course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or refund. The standard "Legal Warranty" also applies to all items sold.
